2023 NCLA conference volunteer sign up

We need volunteers to help us have a successful conference! Volunteering is a great way to meet people and get involved. Volunteers are expected to be registered for the conference. Volunteers for the virtual sessions can be registered as "Virtual ONLY" if they are unable to attend the in-person conference.

We need volunteers in the following areas:

Virtual Positions (Monday only):

Facilitators - Facilitate a session as part of our virtual track

In-person Positions (Tuesday-Friday):

Registration volunteers - Help sign people into conference

Conference Store/Raffle - Monitor the conference store and raffle baskets

Raffle Ticket Sellers - Walk around selling raffle tickets

Exhibit Hall Floaters - Field questions and help step in for vendors if they need to leave their booth for a moment

Session Host - Check in with presenters at the beginning of sessions

Here's how it works in 3 easy steps:

1) Click this link to see our SignUp Volunteer slots.

2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.

3) Sign up! It's Easy - you will NOT need to register an account or keep a password on SignUp.

Training will be made available for these positions. We hope you will consider signing-up. You may email any questions to Registration/Volunteer co-Chairs Breanne Crumpton, , and Elisabeth Garner,.
