Conference Rates
Join us virtually on October 16 and/or in-person October 17-20, 2023 at the Benton Convention Center in Winston-Salem, NC.

$25 | $35 | Access to virtual only events (Monday, 10/16) + access to recordings of select events (e.g. keynotes). |
Students | $25 | $25 | Access to all virtual events + all in-person events, recordings, and virtual posters. This rate supersedes other rates that may apply to students. |
Presenters | $75 | $100 | Discounted presenter rate. Access to all virtual events + all in-person events, recordings, and virtual posters. |
Any pre-conferences will cost $10 per session.

The North Carolina Library Association invites proposals for the 65th Biennial NCLA Conference, to be held October 16-20, 2023. The theme for this conference is "Cultivating Community: Strengthening Roots, Supporting New Growth." We encourage poster proposals that represent all aspects of library work (including technical services, access services, interlibrary loan, reference, instruction, library administration, technology, youth services, archives, and more) and all types of library workers (including librarians, library students, paraprofessionals, and members of underrepresented groups).
