Meeting notes:

v      Paula reported on the NCLA Executive Board meeting. The next meeting is April 28, 2006, at China Grove. Jonathan will attend with Paula.

v      Board members discussed in detail possible Fall workshop topics and program suggestions from the conference evaluations.  The title "Reinventing Reference - Changing Demographics, Services and Resources" was developed.  The board decided that participants would stay in one group, rather than have “break-out” groups.

·        Mark Sanders will line up a speaker for the opening session. Mark Schumacher and Ted have agreed to help.

·        Mark Schumacher and Joline will secure the services of Phil Blank and Jean

Ferguson, respectively, for presenters.  Paula will invite Pam Sessoms if Jean cannot participate or if she wants Pam as a partner presenter.

·        Janie will contact Lisa; they will provide a presenter for NC LIVE Reference Resources.

·        The following schedule for a workshop on Monday, October 16th, 2006, was approved:

·        Evaluation forms will be provided for participants.

·        Paula suggested that we keep in touch by email.
