What: A facilitated, participant-driven conference centered on leadership

$25 for NCLA members
$30 for non NCLA members

Additional Info: Parking is available at public parking decks around downtown Greensboro for $6.00 per day. Dress is casual/business casual.

Brainstorming sessions that turn into lightning talks on broad leadership topics such as leadership qualities (trust, motivation, personality, etc.) and leadership development (new leaders, maintaining leadership, encouraging leadership, etc.) |
| 12:30-1:30 | Lunch |
| 1:30-2:30 | Additional lightning talks on leadership topics |
| 2:30-3:00 | Closing discussion |
Featured speaker will be Timothy M. Bucknall, Assistant Dean for Electronic Resources & Information Technology , UNC Greensboro.
