As we head into the final planning stages for the conference, we have been pleased that so many of our members have agreed to help and volunteer in Charlotte. Though new membership and enthusiasm are important, it is also important to pair "fresh librarians" with seasoned professionals in their field or their geographic area. We are looking for ideas and ways we can cross the chasm between the "green" and the "lean and mean".
