Are you involved in a North Carolina professional library association, such as NCSLA or NCLA?
On Thursday, October 7th, NCSLA and NCLA-New Members Round Table are hosting a joint event, and we need your help!
We are currently looking for those serving in any type of leadership role in local professional organizations who would be willing to talk in a small group setting about your career path, how you got involved with your organization, and opportunities for others to get involved. This is a great time to highlight special projects your group is working on, and recruit new members.
If you serve in any sort of leadership role within your organization (e.g. a committee member of an NCLA division, or a board member of NCSLA), and are interested in talking about it with graduate students, new professionals, those who are new to the area, and others interested in getting more involved, please fill out this survey: http://www.surveymonkey.com/
