One of the building blocks for our future is the NCLA Endowment. It's vitally important for us to understand as a membership that the Endowment allows us to develop as an organization by supporting important initiatives such as building leaders of tomorrow, scholarship activity, etc. Investment in the NCLA Endowment is truly an investment in the future of our organization and in the libraries of North Carolina. A strategic plan should include a strategy for continuing to grow our endowment fund. -- Bryna Coonin
