Report to the Board

The Endowment Committee of NCLA is receiving contributions steadily, so the fund total is growing.

The Committee plans to co-sponsor the Ogilvie Lecture at the Biennial Conference of NCLA in the Fall of 2003.

The Chair is in Prague, Czech Republic, working in the Library of the International Baptist Theological Seminary. She will be there until December 9. During this time the responsibility for working with the Conference Program Committee will be carried by Dr. Ben Speller. The responsibility for coordinating work of the Committee with the North Carolina Community Foundation and the receipt of funds in the NCLA office will be handled by Marion Johnson.

The Committee is appreciative of the members of NCLA who have contributed and, especially for those who contribute each year on a regular basis.
