Morning sessions will feature hands-on computer training.
10:00 a.m.—11:00 a.m. Helping Patrons with Resumes
11:15 a.m.—12:15 p.m. Quick Circ Desk PR
Lunch
1:15 p.m.—2:15 p.m. Customer Service
2:30 p.m.—3:30 p.m. The Reference Interview

Registration Fees (includes lunch):
NCLPA member $20 - NCLA member $25 - Non-member $30
