| This program will emphasize tools and techniques for conducting an effective needs assessment, offer practice conducting one, and provide everything needed to use this tool on the job. Participants will learn what to ask and who to ask in order to better focus the content of training. Participants will leave with the knowledge and skills needed to conduct a useful needs assessment and compose learning objectives for designing training. | |
