Larry Leon Hamlin
Producer and Artistic Director, North Carolina Black Repertory Co.

Mr. Hamlin is the founder, producer, and artistic director of the North Carolina Black Repertory Company. This nationally acclaimed company hosts the equally acknowledged National Black Theatre Festival. Mr. Hamlin is respected as a playwright, an actor and director, and he has received over 80 awards and citations for his work in the performing arts. Recently, he completed his 9th National Black Theatre Festival in the city of Winston Salem in August 2005. He will be performing work from this most recent festival for Endowment Dinner donors.
