Please note:  If you register online,  please complete pages 1 and 2 (upper left hand corner) of the registration form in selecting the sessions you would like to attend before you click “next”.  If you click “next” before you finish selecting all options,  you will not be fully registered for the conference.  On the confirmation screen you should have 3 sessions selected and a lunch option.  Click the link below to register online.

The Holiday Inn Express & Suites The Vineyard in Lexington has blocked a group of 25 rooms for 10/28 for conference attendees.
