1:15-1:45: Best practices in helping non-business librarians answer business questions

1:45-2:15: Economic Census follow-up: a business plan case study

2:15-2:30: Discussion of an interesting business reference question

2:30-2:45: The new NC LIVE Business Portal

2:45-3:00: BLINC business

The 10-12 pm focus on teaching and training will include a mix of large group discussions and break-out sessions on more specific aspects.
