10:10-12:00 hands-on workshop on research sources and strategies to support small business and entrepreneurs: industry, market, and competitor analysis using NC LIVE databases and government sites. (The lab has 18 computers, plus wireless for folks who bring laptops.)

 

12:00 lunch on our own (lots of restaurants nearby, ex. at Mayfaire Shopping Center)

 

1:15 Case studies and discussion on providing service to entrepreneurs and start-ups (Dan Maynard, Campbell University, and others)

 

2:30 Updates on the NC LIVE Resource Selection Process, askBLINC, BLINC's NCLA 2011 plans, and BLINC officer elections (May)
