NCLA Executive Board Meeting

Cheryl McLean, State Library of North Carolina and Carrie Nichols, Meredith College have agreed to serve on my committee.

An all day work meeting was held Thursday March 14. The financial records that were retrieved from the administrative office were sorted and filed.

The committee would also like to propose two changes tothe retention schedule. 1. Retention of a hard copy of the different versions of the NCLA web pages as they evolve. 2. Material related to wotkshops held by roundtables should be kept with other round table materials rather than in a miscellaneous category.
