Technology and Trends Round Table
Report to the NCLA Executive Board

The Technology and Trends Round Table has not met since the TNT Business Meeting & Luncheon at the Biennial Conference, where new officers were elected. They are:
Terry W. Brandsma (UNC Greensboro) - Chair
Lynne D. Lysiak (Appalachian State Univ.) - Vice Chair/Chair Elect
Kathleen Moeller-Peiffer (Durham County Library) - Secretary/Treasurer
Suzanne White (Rowan Public Library) - Director West
Vanessa Mullis (Craven Pamlico Carteret Regional Library) - Director East
Rosalind Tedford (Wake Forest Univ.) - Liaison to NC Libraries
Susan Smith (Wake Forest Univ.) - Past Chair.
The success of the pre-conference workshop (Web Tools for Librarians) and the conference program (Journal Finder at UNCG) was encouraging, especially since our keynote speaker, Stephen Abram, was unable to attend due to the events surrounding the 9-11 attack. We would like to invite him back as a conference-wide keynote speaker for the 2003 Biennial Conference.
The TNT board is actively seeking proposals and ideas for workshops and programs for the coming year. Our next meeting will be scheduled shortly.
