The Section's Biennial Conference program on Wednesday, October 3rd, featured Grace York of the University of Michigan. Her presentation drew a large and receptive audience.

Laura West, chair elect, is shepherding plans for the Documents Spring Workshop. The workshop will be held May 17, 2002, at the McKimmon Center in Raleigh. More information will be forthcoming.
